Charlton Morris are proud to be partnered with a small to medium sized, yet a very well established OEM, who specialize within Pneumatic Conveying equipment. They have a strong reputation across the Americas, known for their high quality and durable equipment, allowing them to successfully operate in nice markets when it comes to pneumatics.

Our client is searching for a Business Development/Sales Manager based in the United States, to drive sales across the nation.

  • You will be responsible for growing the business through direct channels ad well as through representative networks/distribution channels.
  • You would focus primarily on the Rubber sector as well as Food, Plastics, Chemicals and Aggregates.
  • This position will be managed remote with less than 30% travel

The ideal candidate will have a 'hunter' attitude toward sales, as well as the following skills and attributes:

  • A proven track record for business development and generating new sales in the field of pneumatic conveying/bulk material handling or similar.
  • Experience managing a sales representative network.
