Are you a recent graduate looking to develop your management career? My client are a family-run international manufacturer of high quality equipment and machinery.

The Role

As a Management Assistant  you will work alongside the Managing Director on a range of long-term projects as well as the day-to-day running of the business.

• Projects across all areas of the business including operations and manufacturing optimisation, investments and finance, energy saving and international partnerships.
• Day-to-day running of the business including research and analysis to prepare for decision-making.

Your responsibilities within this role will interface with every area of the business, meaning that it is an excellent opportunity to learn about all aspects of the industry and for progression to a management position.

What are we looking for?

Ideally you will be a recent university graduate with a business or technical degree. We are looking for someone with ambition and a hands-on mentality. You will also be a great communicator with a curious mind, who challenges the status quo.

You must also be business fluent in both German and English.
