My client is looking to speak to proven Business Development professionals for a very unique Senior Business Development Manager opening focusing on expanding and servicing their real estate clients across New Jersey & New York. If you have a hunting mentality alongside a passion for working with the best technology to make buildings smarter, this could be a great fit for you.

What my client's looking for?

• Knowledge in HVAC, Building Automation Systems, and/or energy management solutions (If you have proven sales experience in this area it is an added bonus.
• Minimum of five years of strategic sales experience in a business-to-business sales environment, selling to commercial clients in the Tri-state area.
• Ability to travel.
• Someone who's passionate about making the world that little bit greener!
