A leading international Flow Control business is looking to add an exceptional Sales Engineer to drive growth in their Food and Beverage/Water/Chemical portfolio. The company is a global leader in the production of Pumps, Valves and General Rotating Equipment, with multiple state-of-the-art R&D, Applications and Production facilities worldwide. As the business is entering a new growth phase, this will be a key hire where you will be responsible for new business development and account management, handling multiple strategic customer relationships, as well as developing the application in the market. The Sales Engineer will be primarily focused on development of new and existing clients and will be accountable for delivering financial growth in alignment with company strategy.

You will be responsible for Sales within the Netherlands. A key challenge of this position is the communication as well as driving sales and potential accounts with End Users. Marketing is also an important component of the role, working with colleagues to develop industry-leading marketing materials and campaigns aimed at new business development in a mature market. Experience in a senior sales position is essential as a strong understanding of sales forecasting and market analysis is required, as well as experience in management previously. You will also be responsible for strengthening the company image. Confidence in the company and the brand is of the utmost importance.
