How the Critical Power Industry Has Helped with COVID-19
Throughout the pandemic the critical power industry has been a silent hero in the background supporting us in our daily lives.
Powering evrything from the datacentres that back up our emails and social media, to the backup power in hospitals.
There are many companies who have been thriving during the pandemic and going above and beyond to ensure the power stays on.
Atlas Copco's Medical Gas team and installation engineers worked to deliver the NHS Nightingale Hospital in Birmingham. Their products have also played a key part in the sterilisation of pharmaceutical products.
Shenton Group and the Generator Company have worked tirelessly to provide backup power solutions for many key businesses including the NHS, datacentres, government agencies, supermarkets and distribution centres.
Over the last few months, I’ve been making a conscious effort to post positive news stories on LinkedIn and I’ll be putting together an article to highlight Power-Gen companies who have made a positive impact during COVID-19.
