My client is growing extensively through the Southeast and are seeking an experienced Senior Estimator (ideally with prior healthcare or multi family project experience) in Alabama, who will be expected to handle multiple projects from first estimate all the way through to subcontracts being formalized.

If you're someone who:

• Has the ability to interact with project owners, architects, engineers and subcontractors to successfully price work
• Is a collaborative and passionate advocate for customers, empowering and informing them throughout the project.
• Has the ability to prepare detailed estimates and as the design evolves, develop variance summaries between estimates and value engineering studies throughout.
• Has knowledge and understanding of unit costs and the factors that affect construction cost on high-tech or healthcare/life science or multi family projects.
