REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5 years of experience in sales within the Smart Buildings SaaS or IoT space;
  • Relevant network in the Facility Management or Commercial Real Estate sector;
  • Ability to build and retain long-term B2B relationships;
  • Comfortable in new sales;
  • Experience working with ROI and cost modelling.
