New Business Sales Manager.

Remote - Germany Competitive

Charlton Morris is thrilled to be collaborating with the world's leading provider of Smart Building Management Software Solutions! This is the role for you if you want to join a globally established company and work on exciting sustainable commercial real estate projects!

 

My client has been in the real estate and facility management industry for over 40 years and has offices in the United States, Europe, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia.

 

The position is remote, but you must be located in Germany, Austria, or the Netherlands.

 

THE ROLE:

You will be part of a Global International Team and report to the Director of International Sales. As a New Business Sales Manager, your primary responsibility is to identify, create, and close new business opportunities. You are in charge of directing and supervising a company's sales policies, objectives, and initiatives. Set short- and long-term sales strategies based on your objectives, and evaluate their effectiveness on a regular basis.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 5+ years of experience and proven track of record of successful sales;
  • Experience in selling SaaS solutions;
  • Understanding of FM or IWMS is a plus;
  • Self-driven and motivated;
  • German fluent, English is a plus.
