THE ROLE:

This position necessitates the coordination and delivery of multiple, concurrent IT projects of varying complexity. The Project Manager is responsible for all financial aspects of the project, including project billing, job cost reporting, and overall customer satisfaction.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 3+ years of experience in managing various projects in the Smart Buildings space;
• You understand IT systems and networks, building automation and controls as well as software and cloud services;
• Assume overall responsibility for each project’s delivery through the formation and leading of an operational project team. This will extend to liaison with each relevant internal function (Sales, Pre-sales, Finance and Service Delivery) and (if relevant) other divisions, sub-contractors and partners.
• Prince2 Practitioner qualified.
• An understanding of IP networks.
• German native, English - fluent/professional level.
