The Company:
My client focus on the development, production and sales of oil free air and nitrogen compressors.
The Role:
The Rental Sales Manager will manage and direct in accordance with the strategies developed together with the Rental Sales team, Rental Sales Manager Europe and the Rental Sales Director for Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
-Advise customers about the use of hire products and the associated services – understand their process and expectations – answer questions and technical challenges that could arise
-Manage and grow the existing customer base whilst prospecting new potential customers and markets
-Define and realise the marketing plan of your region whilst preparing and applying a sales plan for your territory
-Follow internal procedure and cleanly transfer contract with internal sales
-Facilitate the site jobs of technicians and solve technical issues with the help of the technical specialists
-Increase the company’s market share by growing the sales network, and promoting further establishment of the company brand name within UK & Ireland.
-Be available, autonomous, able to organise its schedule and ready to travel on your territory 60-80% of your time
What we're looking for:
-At least 5+ years of experience in the target market - Air and Nitrogen Compressors
-Strong general knowledge of industrial installations
-HNC/Degree in Engineering or Engineering related qualification
-Successful track record in sales/rental within industrial market (hire or services)
-Experienced “hands-on” rental sales manager with existing relevant network
-Excellent communication along with conceptual and analytical skills
-A flexible, responsive, and creative individual who will find solutions to meet client expectations
