This is an excellent opportunity to join a company that provides an AI-driven property operations platform that assists real estate owners and operators in gathering difficult-to-access building data, optimising performance, and controlling portfolio operations. Our client is managing 85m sq. ft globally across 500+ buildings.
As a Regional Sales Director for the UK, you will have complete control over business expansion and key accounts throughout the region. You will work with teams in the United States and the Middle East.
The role is remote, but you have to be based in the UK!
· 5+ years of experience in B2B sales is a must;
· Experience in CMMS/IWMS and SaaS;
· Background in commercial real estate/facility management;
· Exposure to sales/outbound in global markets is a bonus;
· Analytical and strategic mindset - working independently and as part of a team.
