To be successful in this role you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the development team in business development, commercial project origination, and opportunity qualification activities. This role is an integral part of the executive/senior management team.
We are looking for an individual who can prioritize development team resources to advance projects, maximize profitability, and minimize risk to benefit the company. You will also work closely with the CEO to expand the outreach of the business and identify new market opportunities for utility-scale projects, working alongside the energy storage team to develop PV projects paired with storage.
Requirements
Based in Office New Jersey
Proven track record of working with utility scale solar
8+ years experience in power generation business development
Travel: Approximately 25-50%
