Field Service Manager - EMEA.

Charlton Morris have partnered with a leading UV OEM who are looking to consolidate their position in the EMEA region. You’d be joining a company that encourages ideas and feedback and are already very well established in the market.

The Role:

This is a home-based role, based anywhere in Germany, with domestic and EMEA travel required. English, German and Dutch language skills are also required. Your primary function will be to support to the EMEA team. This will be in line with the company’s UV strategy and will include:  

• Servicing, Commissioning and Repair of the company’s products.
• Providing on-site technical training as required.
• Completing detailed service and commissioning reports.
• Making customers aware of maintenance contracts and training capabilities.

What do we need from you?

If you can demonstrate solid technical experience in the Water Industry and:

• Have experience in the field service of both electrical and electro-mechanical systems
• Have an Electrical or Electronics qualification.
• Hold a full, clean driving licence.
• Have good spoken and written skills in English, German and Dutch.
• Are willing  to travel regularly within Germany and the Netherlands with occasional overseas travel as required.
