CM Industrial has partnered with the largest commercial HVAC and Building Automation Solutions provider in the Mid-Atlantic. Over the last 30+ years, our client has seen significant growth and are looking for a Vertical Market Leader who can capitalise on their recent growth and aid in their desire to continue to innovate and provide the best service for customers across the Mid-Atlantic and more.


The role?


As a Vertical Market Leader, you will be responsible for understanding the unique challenges our clients face within the Healthcare market and for developing a unique solution to ensure the client’s needs are met, as well as fostering relationships with possible partners, other key stakeholders and the internal team.

Are you the right candidate?

Please Apply If You Meet The Following Criteria:


  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business or related degree from four-year college or university and 5 (five) years related experience in the Healthcare space; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Consulting firm/industry experience preferred
  • Experience in business development, relationship building and solutions-selling at the C-suite level.
  • Ability to develop sales strategies and use performance KPI’s.
  • Senior-level relationship management and communication skills are critical
  • Aggressive self-starter with strong interpersonal skills
  • Effective time management and organization skills
  • Agility to respond to new situations by modifying performance and adopting new skills and abilities.
  • Ability to travel within a defined region at least 20% of the time.
