Sales Manager - DACH .

Well, I suggest taking a look at this Sales Manager position I am recruiting across Germany.

 

CM Industrial are partnered with an established organisation within the Motion and Drives market.

This is an exciting opportunity whereby you will be a vital part of the European sales function with a key initial focus on the DACH regions.

 

Working closely with the General Manger - Europe, you'll be responsible for a wide range of key duties:

• Design strategy and set goals for growth.
• Lead the sales/support function with a focus of driving new business.
• Identify and develop new channel partners
• Design and implement strategic plans to reach sales targets.
• Cultivate lasting relationships with customers to grow customer loyalty.
• Develop and promote weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales objectives.

 

What do we need to see from you?

• 5+ years' of experience of sales in the motion control space, product knowledge of motor drives, precision motion stages, motors, actuators, encoders.
• Experience leading a sales function and driving new business.
• Strong technical background - ideally a Bachelors Degree in engineering.
• Strong understanding of the German Motion and Control market.
