CM Industrial has partnered with a market-leading Building Automation company based in Sacramento. They are searching for an Account Executive to help them to further expand their customer base and grow their overall footprint across America.

Over the last 20+ years our industry-leading client has established themselves as one of the market-leading total facility solutions providers of HVAC equipment across the Western United States.

The role?

As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for the management of account sales as well as building upon new and existing client and customer relationships. You will also negotiate contracts with clients as well as establishing and overseeing budgets, whether that be internal or external budgets with clients.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field (preferred).
• Experience with HVAC Sales / Account management.
• Basic computer skills with understanding of CRM software usage.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven results of delivering client solutions and meeting sales goals.
